You Have To See This! Dem Gov.: White House Tried to ‘Spin’ My Position on Immigration

Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has been outspoken about the plight of undocumented children at the border, but got in a bit of a public spat after telling the White House not to send them to a Maryland facility. O’Malley appeared on Fusion tonight and said that his position was unfairly spun by the White House.

Jorge Ramos asked O’Malley about this apparent “double standard” of his on the issue. O’Malley said, “I think sadly that was a spin and a misrepresentation that some at the White House tried to put out in order to discredit the larger point that I was making.”

He says the site he was warning the White House not to send the children too is in a not-so-friendly part of town “where some really hateful graffiti was sprayed on buildings.” O’Malley said the White House should be looking for other places to send these kids instead of being insistent.

If you know it's in a "bad area" with "hateful graffiti"... why hasn't that been addressed with tax dollars? Instead, the dollars go to keeping the people who write hateful things, dependent on the state, and continuing their downward spiral. THAT'S one of the reasons why O'Malley and Brown have failed MD, and are failures at leadership.

Simply desk heads that spew garbage.
