All of the homeless and moochers are going to be there because they know they will be able to get free food. Momma can use her EBT to get some crack and still be able to feed the kids today.
I noticed that the hours are from 5pm to 8 pm. They want everyone home before dark where they will be safe and off the streets.
should go out the hours when all the bad guys are out... how about 9pm to 2 am.
If you go out after dark make sure you have some form of protection. Portable nail guns work well. Buy one now before OMalley passes a law or a tax on ownership.
