Considering the resources that police have, it shouldn't be too difficult to find a pretty large white guy driving a pickup of known year, make, model, general condition and color with what look like MD tags.
Legwork to follow, which will be the out-of-the-chair part.
Who knows? Maybe this will net another heroin bust! And maybe find that other guy's tools and equipment.
