INCIDENT: Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries

LOCATION: E. Cedar Ln. @ St. Lukes Rd.

CASE NO.: 2014-0958

CHARGES: Pending

SYNOPSIS: Officers responded for a reported motor vehicle crash with injuries involving a car and a motorcycle. The motorcycle operator was found to be trapped under the car. Officers, EMS and witnesses were able to elevate the vehicle off of the motorcycle operator and immediately began CPR. The motorcycle operator was transported to PRMC and stabilized for transport to The University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, and is currently in critical condition. The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office is assisting with the reconstruction portion of the investigation. Neither drugs nor alcohol are known to be a factor at this point in the investigation. Charges are pending.
