EPA Demands Power to Garnish Wages w/o Court Order

Courts? Who needs courts anyway. Obama doesn’t need them and the rest of the Deep State liberal bureaucracy doesn’t either. That includes the EPA, an agency that has become the enforcement arm of the Big Green lobby pushing its religious doctrine of Gaia worship on Americans.

The Environmental Protection Agency has quietly claimed that it has the authority to unilaterally garnish the wages of individuals who have been accused of violating its rules.

According to The Washington Times, the agency announced the plan to enhance its purview last week in a notice in the Federal Register. The notice claimed that federal law allows the EPA to “garnish non-Federal wages to collect delinquent non-tax debts owed the United States without first obtaining a court order.”

If I had my way atleast two thirds of all government employees would be fired.Government functions would be out sourced on a compenative basis. The average government worker(is that a oxymoron?)has no real conception what the private sector goes thru on a regular basis.

Want a balanced budget: We could start by eliminating the EPA, Dept of Education, Department of Energy and the IRS. This would go a long way towards eliminating the deficit.
