With all the things f@@#ed in the country, this is all that the gov't has to do? Why do I get the feeling that this is a smoke screen to hide something that they don't want us to see? MSM will spin this to make it sound as if it is of national importance, if they report it at all. Never been a big 'skins fan, but I am now.
It was overturned the last time it happened - this time there is no additional reasoning so it should be overturned again.

i agree with 2:35, this is ridiculous! the owner of the team is being bullied, so why isn't anyone stepping up to defend him? another case of "if it offends me it has to go, but if it offends you that's too bad.
Every American should be terrified at what is happening. We are losing this country, and LETTING it happen in the name of "political correctness".
2:35 PM - It was overturned before because the plaintiffs did not have standing (they were white). This time the plaintiffs are Native American and they DO have standing.
