I've seen the older woman around Salisbury,so she's local. Yes, there is a resemblance. Shouldn't be long before somebody drops a dime on them.

glad he had cameras up and running.

I think some of the local convenience stores and banks should inquire about what type of camera this fruit stand is using. You can actually see what the person looks like

Cameras cameras everywhere, watching everything you do everywhere you go.
Filming you without your consent, recording your conversations without your knowledge.
Freedom eh?

3:51 This is a private business, ensuring security of their product, and money. They have every right to do so. Government cameras, etc, is another thing.

Here's an idea, DON"T F-ing STEAL!! But, hey, it's not their fault, right? The owner should be proud to allow them to rob them blind, and get away with it? Pathetic.

Look like friendly peeps.
Check with 7 Dwarves' village and see if any of the Grumpy family are missing.

Hate my comment all you want, but entrapment will be thrown out there in their defense.

The cops should stake out golden corral or the new Chinese buffet. There bound to show up eventually.

I bet they are 'staying' in that God awful trailer park off of S Brown St near the bypass. It's like 5 minutes or less to S Division. My friend lives near that trailer park and say those people steal everything that isn't nailed down.

4:40 thanks best one all day

Yep probably from that nasty trailer park with the burned out trailers sitting everywhere-that place is a freakshow!

4:38 entrapment? No one made them steal. What kind of a world do we live in?

Great camera.
Wish I knew what kind or system it is. Maybe some banks and stores should look at these photos and see if their cameras work as well as this one.

4:38 This situation is not even close to entrapment. Here is a good example of entrapment....

Let's say you work at a store that sells beer. The police decide to test your policies in regards to selling alcohol to a minor.

They send in an undercover minor to try and buy the beer. When they approach the register and you ask for their ID and they say they don't have it and you sell it to the anyway then you are busted.

Now let's say you ask for ID and they say they don't have it and then you refuse to sell it to them. The under cover officer pretends to get angry and insist they are 21 and demand you sell them the beer.

Now you have been pressured or even intimidated by this under cover officer.

This would be entrapment.

Basically your full intention was to follow the law and even enforce it but the under cover officer pressured you into breaking the law.

As you can see being caught on camera breaking the law is not even close to entrapment.

There was not a law enforcement officer trying to force this person to steal from this stand.

This is a crime of opportunity plain and simple.

I see your logic and agree fully. It's not your fault the yokals can't dissect rational pragmatism. "Just don't steal" doesn't have anything to do with an ever expanding surveillance/police state. Forest through the trees and whatnot, my friend.

Anonymous said...

9AM-I understand, but I was basing my eval on #1-The origin of the surveillance camera, which may eventually come out if adequate legal minds become involved, and #2-The placement of the money in question.Your points are all valid and this was indeed a crime for which these 2 should be punished.Locked box or not,a considerable amount of cash was made available.Previous encounters with these 2 more than likely precipitated this setup.

That is Flossy

The older one is Floerce Lednum. She has a Facebook and the younger one is Jenna Ennis which you can find through Lednum's friends on FB. If you go to Ennis' FB you can see the James tattoo plain as day on one of her pictures.

Florence Lednum on MD Judiciary Case Search to which she is no stranger. The younger one is Jenna Ennis who is on case search as well.
