In the school system, administrators would be chastised for having one race disproportionately represented in office referrals and suspensions.

This is all fine and dandy, but what about all of the Juvenile shoplifters? They steal everyday at the local stores, put their photo's up!

Joe, Please continue, as you have in the past, to direct your readers towards the District Court pages for the criminal/traffic offenses committed and criminal convictions of these people in these arrest stories all, but one, of those featured in this report have extensive records of criminal convictions, judgements and traffic offenses & some have spent considerable time in prison. Be aware of the people around you in the store many are opportunistic thieves and carrer criminals!!!!

Anon. 7:16. They can't put up the pictures of juveniles.

Why can't they put up the photo's and names of these young criminals?? Catching them early could stop them from being career criminals. Public outcry and pear pressure is a good motivator! We should demand they go public with the names at least!

The US may be the only country who won't release the identity of juvenile offenders,or at least one of very few.I agree totally with 7:16 and 11:56.They should be humiliated along with the rest.Maybe that would be a deterrent.
