The class of 2014 expects to make bigger bucks than those who graduated the year before, but they're already behind in the first step: getting a job.
Only 11% secured a job two months before graduation, according to a survey conducted in March by Accenture. Meanwhile, even more of them are leaving school with debt. Nearly 80% of those surveyed are facing at least $10,000 in loans.

Welcome to hope & change, baby! You voted for it - now deal with it.
Crap ,you really think they want to work?
I want to hear from Annie , she always has good comments.
My daughter had a job nailed down for graduation day 2 years ago, in her field! 4 years education, $12 an hour! What a great deal!
NOT.
11:07 - what were your expectations? Most of the guys that I went to technical school with (25 years ago) had to take billshut Min wage jobs in our field. The idea was that you work your way up. The only folks who walked right into good jobs were those with connections. And I say that with no bitterness - just the way it is. But, after several years of crappy shifts and grunt work, most of us have good jobs now. Everybody can't walk out of school and in to a 50K job.
