Cameras are on every cell phones in the Country..perhaps there was evidence that cannot be shared in a criminal investigation
You media screws up police investigations and lies to the public? I'm shocked.

Be assured that the defendant's defense attorney will use this as a defense, claiming that the defendant was unfairly convicted in the court of public opinion previous to his actual trial because of this bad reporting by The Times. It may end up that the defense attorney will ask for a change of venue, taking the trial out of Wicomico County, based upon not being able to get an unbiased jury.
One of the two either lied or just did not know what they were talking about. This needs to be looked into somebody screwed up. Who cares if they get a change of venue. It is about justice and the facts period. The State's Attorney's office needs to prosecute cases and stop pleaing everything out.
Strange as the correction was on the frontpage of Saturday's paper at my house. If you think that is the only reason the defense will want a change of venue then it is a good thing you aren't a lawyer.
11:53 They are only as good as the cases presented to them. I agree they do plea many cases. Maybe less time at crime scenes and more time prepping for court is needed. Why did they let P. Montemuro go. The guy worked his butt off. I had a ton of faith in that office but I am losing it quick.
