I heard a strange comment on a local radio station while ago.While giving this news story,the announcer stated that it was "only" a rubber slug that the son was shot with.Not only can a rubber slug seriously injure a person,but at least 2 actors have been killed by guns shooting only BLANKS.
Kent State. 4 dead in Ohio were shot dead with "rubber" bullets, and at at a much longer range. This guy needs am attempted murder charge, having known that.
