In an effort to combat the increase in retail thefts, the Fruitland Police Department is working closely with retailers to effectively deploy resources in commercial areas using both high visibility and plain clothes assignments. Each week the department will be sending out a press release with information about those subjects that have been charged for theft. Officers will be provided bulletins alerting them to habitual offenders and suspects. Information will be forwarded to the area colleges to address the associated Code of Conduct violations.

I am sure that this list will be longer than any other each week. It should be interesting to see how many repeat offenders are on this list. I found it interesting that Fruitland Police are sending the information to area colleges in regards to the code of conduct.
so do you think the fruitland police are hanging out in a gas station or are they making all these arrests at walmart? I'm betting they are walmarts private security force paid for by the taxpayers of fruitland!
Princess Anne address = UMES
And I am sure WE have paid for their tuition..
Everytime I frequent Wal Mart in Fruitland there is a uniformed Fruitland poluce officer standing inthe front of the store near the doors/cash register areas. Who is paying for them to allways be there? Fruitland tax payers, thats who! The police should protect and serve the public not a retail business.
Can't walmart afford their own security?
There's a couple of names on there that are extremely familiar. Also, Walmart can afford whatever THEY want. But if the town of Fruitland is going to do it for them, then why would Walmart spend it's own money. Walmart is the worst company out there (& no I don't or never did work there).
2:40-Those orders came directly from the King.
Why are tax payers paying gor Wal Mart security?
Walmart has loss prevention agents in plain clothes. -cj
Krystal Mccarden has been on each list almost.every week maybe they should stop giving these repeat offenders a slap on the wrist , then there wouldn't be that Many "repeat offenders" & maybe will make people think twice.about stealing. People constantly getting away with their charges with just petty fines that they're paying with the money the get for returning the other stolen objects that they didn't get caught with! When is this going to be made a bigger deal?
