Pretty funny stuff. Probably someone on the way home from the hospital with the balloon and saw the deer. Now if they saw the deer, drove to the store, bought the balloon, went back to do this then yeah, that's a little weird. Too much time as a redneck.

Judging from the hill this is not local.A balloon would be an excellent way to alert the animal carcass pickup crew to it's location.Some states have a crew who do just that.Their only job is driving a dump truck around all day picking up all sorts of animals from on and alongside state roads.
