SALISBURY, Md. - Mind Muscle Connection will be hosting Delmarva's first Health & Fitness Expo at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on Saturday, May 3 from 12-4 p.m. We encourage you to come out with your family and enjoy this event that is tailored to spectators of all ages.
Mind Muscle Connection (MMC), is a new company whose mission is to improve the quality of life and health of our clients through the use of innovative and effective fitness training, as well as nutritional coaching.
Our event will feature a push-up challenge sponsored by Chick-fil-A, along with other strength contests and prize giveaways. There will be at least two IFBB professionals from the bodybuilding industry that will discuss how to break into the fitness industry and several semi-pro competitors from the fields of bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini. The event will also feature several martial arts demonstrations and performances from local and regional talent.
In addition, there will be various local vendors, health & nutritional companies, seminars for student-athletes, cooking demonstrations, recipe makeovers, plenty of samples for tasting, and a group exercise program. The Chick-Fil-A mascot will also be in attendance and handing out free sandwich coupons to the first 30 spectators.
Admission for adults (ages 18 & up) is $10, students (ages 13-17) is $5, and kids 12 & under are free. MMC fans wearing one of our wristbands will get half off the price of admission.
