Since when does the mayor approve resolutions?
How does Jake Day get off work so much? How did he get the state job at Salisbury University? Why do they let him off so much. Being a new state employee I know for a fact that he doesn't have that much leave time accrued.
Just like they did Len Foxwell, they put them in paid positions until they can be positioned as desired. Corruption at it's best.
