Well, the best news of the week (or even the month) is that someone on Capitol Hill still has a spine.
When Rep. Steve Stockman got up and walked out of the president’s State of the Union address on Tuesday night, I rejoiced. Finally, someone has decided that enough is enough!
Stockman apparently couldn’t make it through the entire speech without losing his temper. He’s mad that President Obama is rewriting the U.S. Constitution, and he has every right to be.
Here’s what Stockman had to say:
Tonight I left early after hearing how the president is further abusing his Constitutional powers. I could not bear to watch as he continued to cross the clearly defined boundaries of the Constitutional separation of powers.
Even worse, Obama has openly vowed to break his oath of office and begin enacting his own brand of law through executive decree. This is a wholesale violation of his oath of office and a disqualifying offense.

There is no abuse of Constitutional Powers. Executive Orders are part of any an all Presidencies.
I've seen this headline before.
12:02 PM you sir are part of the problem. You are an idiot. The question currently is not about the legality of issuing executive orders. Its about what those orders currently contain. Based on your arguement, which is limited in its depth, no matter what the orders say you would defend the presidents authority to issue such an order.
Obama could write anything, which he will, and that order will be followed as long as the people do not take action.
So when he confiscates guns. Or makes yet another unauthorized change to legislation, or does any number of sinister things, you are okay with it? Because that is what you are saying. I strongly doubt you agree with this argument as I have stated with it but that is what your argument allows for.

12;02 FYI, Barry Obama is NOT THE LAW OF THIS LAND. This is not Cuba or Venezueala or Kenya, the law is same for everyone and that includes the Presidente as well. The use of Executive Order is permitted as long as It Doesn't Break the Law, which your beloved Barry Soetoro broke on SEVERAL OCCASIONS.
Stockman, Harris and the rest of you are looney-tunes. I blame you for the lack of REAL SOLUTIONS to the problems in this country. Instead we get a carnival side-show, led by the barkers on radio and TV.
Why can't you see that you are a major part of the problem? By focusing on all of this nutty stuff, you've let Boehner pass a clean debt-ceiling bill.
When are you all going to wake up and start working on REAL solutions to REAL problems, not all this made-up garbage simply designed to tick you off and thus, voting the "right" way??

7:33 here's the solution for ya, we get rid of the Crooks and CLEAN THE WH, the Senate and the House. And we start at the Top, Left to Right and Yeah, Barry FIRST, then Reed and then Boehner. And then We Declare Independence from Oppresive Policies of Federal Government. And you can bet your a$$ we go crazy.
If you think that's not abuse.... Then maybe you should study and read the constitution....and also ask yourself why Obama's administration only has a 6% approval rating from the American people... #JUST SAYING!!!!! 😉
