Reminds me of something I've noticed lately. Every other homicide victim in Baltimore City anymore was "an aspiring rap artist."
Hey! I just thought of something! "Aspiring rap ARTIST?" I wonder if they have a shot at getting into these "artist" apartments or whatever the hell they call them?
