The trial of a man involved in a high-speed crash that killed a Prince George's County police officer last year ended in a mistrial Thursday.
One of the jurors told the judge via email Thursday morning that judging others was a violation of her religion as a Jehovah's Witness, reported News4's Prince George's County Bureau Chief Tracee Wilkins.
A judge will decide whether the juror will be held in contempt or what, if any, penalties she will face.

That question was most likely asked during voir-dire (sp?) - she would have been rejected then....
I can't stand a Jehovah's Witness. That person should be held in contempt and ordered to pay damages. If there are any other charges they should be filed as well. R.I.P. Brother.
She should have raised that point before ever being interviewed as a potential juror. Now she should be jailed for contempt. She can still be a JW in there.
