Suspect In Milford PD Officer Involved Shooting Succumbs To Injuries

Milford - Roy D. Rhodes-58 of Milford, DE has died from the injuries sustained from the officer involved shooting which occurred on Saturday, December 14, 2013. Rhodes, who had been admitted to the Milford Memorial Hospital in critical condition since the incident, was pronounced dead earlier this evening.

The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit continues to conduct the investigation at the request of the Milford Police Department. This continues to be an active investigation with State Police Detectives continuing their investigation, evidence processing, and interviews.
