It should read "the following people were caught committing crimes by civilians and detained by civilians until police arrived to do the paperwork"

Seems to be an epidemic of shoplifting going on around here!
I think Brionna Thompson work at the Bank of Delmarva. She probably be robbing them blind. I aint takin my money there so she can shoplift it. Why they aint firin her?

your money is insured. and you don't shoplift from a bank, you rob or embezzle it.
