Again proof that the Salisbury Fire Department is held together by EMS. Proves there is no need for them large number of paid firemen that the city tax payers have to dole out for.
All ambulance calls except one automatic fire alarm. Still doesn't justify a 24 hour round the clock paid fire department. They do nothing to recruit volunteers because they don't want volunteers. They run them off. Invest more time and effort and resources in the EMS division.
Question to the paid Paramedics out there; Why won't any of you give a definition here for "Pro Qa"?

It's posted as a legitimate call that taxpayers pay good money for.
What's the big secret?
It has been explained on here time and time again. The computer randomly selects calls to be reviewed for Quality Assurance (QA). Although I believe the SFD reviews all calls for QA
What does Pro Qa mean?
I guess it's the opposite of Amateur QA, 10:39. I don't know because our "expert" @ 10:29 does not explain it. Maybe 10:29 doesn't know, either.

ProQa is a computer program the 911 Center uses when people dial 911 and want EMS assistance or a fire department response on a call. Questions asked of the callers come direct from this program.
