Citizens in counties around the country have taken their cases to court when it comes to red light cameras. More often than not, the cameras are found to be unconstitutional. When a driver currently gets a ticket from a red light camera in the city of Murfreesboro, TN, the tickets warn that if payment is not received then the driver registered to that vehicle will lose their license, be reported to the credit bureau, which will negatively impact their credit, and have points issued against their insurance.

Yeah! That's right! Don't pay those tickets. Stick it to the Man. Show your displeasure by tearing up your driver permits and cancel your Insurance policy. Make the man suffer.
In Delaware there is NO appeal. Pay it quickly, or interest is tacked on, and on, and NO appeal. I tried to appeal one to the court of common pleas. No dice.
Prosecutors in Del will lie to you too. Get a lawyer.
Actually, I just telephoned the court of common pleas, trying to get a court date to appeal the ticket, but the person that I talked to said it was a "No Go" so I caved and paid the ticket. The check/fine was mailed to Virginia Beach, Va.
