Thank God one true American stood up for us. I guess the real question is how many government sheep are out there. I thank the good Lord for groups like the oath keepers. whose side would the local law enforcement be on ?
Training manuals outlining the procedures, the purchase of BILLIONS (!!) of rounds of ammunition banned for use in war (but okay to use on your civilian population), joint training exercises with the police and military IN AMERICAN CITIES, training exercises by Marines in the suppression of civil dissent, the Attorney General refusing to say whether the law prevents the government from killing American citizens in America without charges or a trial, secret detentions and prisons IN AMERICA, and military meetings that actually discuss martial law procedures??? WHO doesn't think they know this train wreck of an economy and political system is headed for disaster and are doing everything they can to get ready for dropping the hammer down on America?? "Oh, WE won't confiscate weapons, FEMA will." Unspoken is that whomever resists FEMA will deal with the armed forces, who will be making sure you do what FEMA tells you to do -- get inside and shut up. Or die. If you can't see this, you are "willfully ignorant".

By omission, he has not said that the President does not have the authority to kill Americans outside of the US. Keep in mind, this is just a lawyer making a legal claim. It is not, in fact, proven law.
Furthermore, the Trading with the Enemy Act was amended in March 1933 to apply to "any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof." For 80 years, the Federal government has declared that citizens like you and I are enemies of the state.
Combat is defined as "a forceable encounter between two or more people." So really, all it takes is for the hostile government to bring force to bear upon you and you are then engaged in combat, whether you like it or not. At that point they can drone you as an enemy, according to established US Law and Mr Holder's legal opinion.
Perhaps I confused the AG with the head of the FBI.....and apparently, you didn't have much "attention span" in school. It's "you're" not "your". Who is the idiot?
