One County's Strict Gun Policy Is Revised

At least one of the cases involving a school student making a gun gesture has been resolved in the child's favor.

School officials in Calvert county have relaxed what had been virtually a zero tolerance weapons policy that has led to a number of cases of students being disciplined for kids pointing their fingers like guns.

One mother has just been notified that her 11 year old son's record will be cleared after he was suspended from class for a day after he made a gun gesture on a school bus.
