BREWSTER, MASS. – He calls it "the yellow brick road" because it's literally sprinkled with gold dust.
This road runs along Cape Cod's shifting seafloor, and undersea explorer Barry Clifford believes it leads to undiscovered treasure from the wreck of the pirate ship Whydah.

A local man from Millsboro fought a legal battle for years over a treasure that his crew found. It was the right of ownership issue if I'm not mistaken. He eventually got a big part of the find, but the State of Florida got a big chunk as well.Hopefully this guy won't run into the same problems.
954-Most states have similar laws. Florida's law has been well known for a long time. Why fight it? Give them their cut and keep the rest.
11:49 Orrrrrr keep your mouth shut and slowly, but surely, sell off and live on your findings.
