NH Woman Who Drove Without License Arraigned In Crash That Killed 2 Cyclists From Mass.

HAMPTON, N.H. – A 19-year-old New Hampshire woman has been arraigned on negligent homicide charges after a weekend car crash that killed two cyclists from Massachusetts.

Police say Darriean Hess of Seabrook was driving too fast and without a license when she plowed into a group of cyclists on an annual ride in Hampton on Saturday. Two riders died and two were injured.
