I'm sure that the thinking with this location was to capture the car wash business of all the auto dealers. But I would think that the larger ones have enough need to own their own car wash.
It is a high traffic area with Sam's and Walmart but the majority of the people shopping there aren't willing or able to part with the money to get their car washed.

Did the old owners ever pay off their enormous water bill that Louweasel wanted to write off?
Only people I have ever seen using it were people with pickups getting the mud off that the car wash by Home Depot won't take.
The original car wash never made it because he never paid all of his bills. It is a well known that many of the construction crews had trouble receiving their just dues.
the reason it did not make it is because the city tried to stick them with a huge water bill even though they recycle the water. the city killed that business
