Found Dog 9-5-13: UPDATE
This little dog was found last night near Woodcock Park in Salisbury. He has a collar but no tags. Looks to be a Pekingese and rough coated terrier cross. Neighbors say he might have been wandering the area for up to a week.

For a week????????? Nice people in that neighborhood huh?
So glad someone finally caught this little guy. He doesn't belong to me but I'm always trying to help those that lost. I was riding my bike around that area last night to see if I could spot him. I reported this dog last week to the animal control but said they really couldn't do anything unless it was rabid or injured. God bless u for helping those who can't speak up.
Joe, The owner just picked him up. The little guy bolted from his owners while they were packing for their move. He is a speedy little character, believe me.. He was finally caught last night by using a friendly, leashed dog as bait. Thanks to all the Camden neighbors who fed him these last 3(!!!) weeks, even though they couldn't catch him. His name is Turbo. A good fit. And thanks to the Humane Society. They had him on record with his owner's info and recognized him by description. And thank you for posting.
A happy ending! Dogs are smart. They can smell a rat (like a move) and decide to throw a loop in their family's plans by deciding they aren't going for it and do things like run off.
