Polk County sheriff's deputies arrested Pastor Terry Jones, 61, and his associate pastor, Marvin Sapp Jr., 44, each on a felony charge of unlawful conveyance of fuel as they travelled in a pickup truck towing a large barbecue-style grill filled with Korans soaked in kerosene.
Jones had said he was heading to a nearby park to burn 2,998 Korans -- one for every victim of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Sheriff's officials said Wednesday night that Jones was also charged with unlawful open-carry of a firearm, a misdemeanor, and that Sapp faces a charge of having no valid registration for the trailer.

Obama ordered the cops to keep a lookout on this guy and make up any kind of crime to lock him up and save the Korans that he threatened to burn last year! Come on, "Unlawful transportation of fuel", next will hear of it's a crime to transport chicken crap to your farm, as unlawful transportation of fertilizer, as in not having an explosive license!

Pretty much the same as (every day in New York) finding a muslim on a corner screaming for the murder of all infidels, all westerners, the destruction of the USA, etc). It's a wonder that the police didn't charge him with possession of a terrorist instrument (a pack of matches). Although they are giving it their best attempts by using legislation, jail, prison, etc, liberals cannot FORCE us to like everyone THEY do. It is perfectly natural and normal to dislike, distrust, and even hate other individuals, cultures, and countries. No amount of arrests and suppression will EVER change that unalterable fact of the human psyche. Unalterable. That doesn't give you the right to shoot someone you dislike, but burning some books they love is merely an expression. The media loved the crucifix in a jar of urine. They thought the prancing sissies invading and mocking a Catholic ceremony in San Fransico was funny and entertaining. But burning a Koran is now an outrage?! Can't have it both ways.....
