What's disturbing, You can't tell if he was driving and using a seat belt. That would have clearly brought charges.

our great president disarming american citizens.
As Hillary would say,"What does it matter". All those people are dead so just move on. Bottom line here is, if the military people, who were trained to use weapons had weapons, this thing would have ended real fast.
It should have ended fast, however a stand down was reported by special forces who were on site within 5 mins of the first shots.
