The incident occurred around 10:24 p.m. Sunday evening as Jeffrey A. White was operating a 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle southbound on South DuPont Highway (US113), north of Marvel Road at a high rate a speed. As he approached slower moving traffic, he began making aggressive passing maneuvers. Brian L.
