A cop that doesn't support the constitution. The line in the sand will be drawn. What side will the LEOS chose ?

No, No. Constitution was torn up several years ago.

NAZI POLICE

Where is this cop from? He looks like a punk that is hiding behind a badge and that is most obvious by his back pedaling.

I think the officer was just trying to do a job that someone sent him to do. Inside, he may have believed in the cause and the peoples right to assemble under the Constitution. The fuzzy part of the local law is, is it an assembly or a protest? Now, most local jurisdictions require a permit to hold a protest. They do that for traffic control and to protect the protesters in case a disruption breaks out.

659, I think trying to draw a line between assembly and protest is like drawing a line between Assembling for a birthday party and assembling to eat cake and ice cream. They are the same thing, and to somehow pit one against the other is placing the wedge to pry us from our constitutional rights. The kid is still wet behind the ears, and stepped into a debate he can't win.

Wet behind the ears?! He is wearing sgt. chevrons for pete's sake. He may be stupid but he is not a rookie.

1:33, he may have gotten those stripes from his little coppie friends, but, constitutionally, he's still wet behind the ears! Now, go play with your little friends and leave the conversation to us adults.

6:59....another concession (ASKING for PERMISSION to ASSEMBLE), to a government that we have allowed to tell us that THEY get to decide which "rights" we REALLY have....I think free assembly. free speech, and the right to protest trumps any temporary disruption of traffic. By far. BUT, there is money to be made with "permit fees". And the police "protect" citizens at protests??? LOL! Like the NY police captain who sprayed CONFINED and unarmed WOMEN with mace as other cops laughed? Or the kneeling and handcuffed students who endured a cop walking up and the line spraying mace in their faces, while other cops laughed? Or the NY cop wading into a group of men and women, swinging for the fences with his riot club? All protesting (assembling). All on film, too. The list is viciously endless and appalling. Keep cheering an keep thinking "we, the people" have ANY say in our "rights" any longer.

So, will we have a citizen force prepared to defend the impeach Obama effort on the overhead bridge in Salisbury next week?
We all know State goons, the little Nazi sheriff and Salisbury local yocals will be there to interfere with a peaceful assembly with some made up sycophant charges to jam up the sign carriers.
Is this the time to draw the line?
Is this the call to arms to protect our constitution? Our rights? The very rights that are being stripped away by the Government and it's aggressive enforcers?
