Woman Indicted In Connection With Eastern Shore Fires Granted Bond, Fiance Remains Jailed

ACCOMAC, Va. — A woman suspected of setting a string of fires on Virginia’s Eastern Shore has been granted bond.

The Accomack County Circuit Court clerk’s office said a judge ruled Thursday that Tonya Bundick of Parksley could be released on a $30,000 secured bond.

As a condition of her bond, the 38-year-old can’t leave Accomack or Northampton counties unless it is medically necessary.

Why didn't they ban her from holding matches?

Soooooo.......Virginia judges are a problem also. Who in their right mind would let this arsonist out at all. She was a part of all that destruction and it's okay for her to be out on bond???????? OMG what is wrong with the legal system?

I hear she's a real fire-starter when she puts on her leather dress and black fishnets.

6:05-She was charged with only one arson and one count of conspiracy. Bond isn't a punishment and the amount must fit the crime. On the other hand Charlie's been charged w/over 60 fires and facing much more time in prison so he's more of a risk to flee, whereas she's not.

8:34, she provided taxi service to him 60 times. That's aiding and abetting if not participating in altogether. My point is, she was caught doing this and NOT charged. She was NOT CHARGED with a lot of crimes. Yes, the bond should fit the crimes, and the System failed to do the job.
