Delmarva Power has the worst infrastructure in the nation with old lines and overgrown trees. They are required by law to clear the power lines and no one enforces it.
If you have a power outage you need to call DP&L immediately. The more people that call the quicker they will get crews to work on the service. Please put that phone number in your cell phone and use it.

You can't be any more wrong. This was posted at 9:25 pm and I was near the area of powerage around 9:00 pm, their wasn't a single drop of rain coming down. So the storm didn't do a thing.
I heard there was a problem with an underwater cable in the Wicomico River.
A smart meter go crazy? Ha
