The Popo are generating revenue

I was on Route 13 from North to South.

State Popo are pulling people over left and right on the North end.

City Popo are pulling people over left and right in city limits.

I saw 4 cars, each one had someone pulled over.

It seemed random, as the pulled the guy behind me over and I did not see where he did anything wrong.

Safe streets = big money!
