Rehoboth Beach, DE- The Delaware State Police have arrested a Rehoboth man after an investigation revealed he was allegedly sexually molesting a young male in his care.
The investigation began on Tuesday May 21, 2013 after troopers were contacted by the mother of a 9 year old male who reported her son had been touched inappropriately while spending the night at James O'Connor's house located in the 19000 block of Center Avenue in Rehoboth. James, who is a family friend, agreed to watch the young boy while his mother worked Saturday night, May 18th. The unlawful sexual contact occurred while the two were in the bedroom watching a movie and the incident was reported to the victim's mother by the 9 year old the next day.
An investigation into the allegations was conducted by the Major Crimes Unit and James E. O'Connor turned himself into detectives at Troop 4 on Tuesday June 4, 2013 where he was arrested for two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child by a Person of Trust 2nd. O'Connor was committed to SCI in default of $20,000.00 cash bond.

Don't worry James E. O'Connor, 49 of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Just as soon as the government body in Dover Delaware finds out about your current greater, more recent queer needs for younger and younger boys, they will formulate a bill and pass it into Delaware law, then making your sick acts legal. After all, they (the legislators in Dover) are completely consumed/immersed in gay everything, and were elected to rubber stamp all things/every queer desire you have in to laws for your benefit only. They have NO other job, NO other concerns. Gay marriage, gay rights 24/7, that's their message to straight Delawareans every day, they (Democrats) continue to have control over local government. Forget Delaware job growth, forget better business climate growth. They're Motto??? Our ONLY political concerns in Delaware are queer concerns, gay rights and drag happy fags. The rest of the moral-(a foreign word) majority are of no concern to Delaware politicians.
