Gansler is taking the action in response to a 25% rate request by Care First.
The Maryland Insurance Administration is considering the rate request.
He says there are rumors other insurers in Maryland will seek even larger increases in the coming months.

Nothing will happen because most of those making the decisions are appointed by Democrats. Obamacare will take this Country to it's knees. I will just stop paying my policy and pay the fine. Just crunch the numbers.

But Obama said premiums were not going to rise and not only that but they were going to decrease. That's exactly what he said.
