Delaware middle school students facing behavioral problems or mental health issues could get help from 10 times as many health consultants and receive other aid under Gov. Jack Markell’s proposed education budget.
Markell has set aside $3.3 million to boost mental health efforts at schools. In his “State of the State” speech in January, Markell discussed the suicides of 12 Delaware students last year and the need for support services in schools.

That's right, get them on the "Mental Health" list early so you can prevent them from owning guns when they turn of age! A holes.
They should stop spoiling some of the mentally challenged students. I had some of them in my classes before(P.E, and art),and they were racists and acted like I was the mentally challenged one in those classes.
