Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Press Release 5-15-13

The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office has obtained a warrant for Delmar James Cubbage, a white male date of birth 08-27-90 for failing to register as a convicted sex offender. Mr. Cubbage was released from the Worcester County Detention center on 05-02-13 after serving a nearly yearlong sentence for failing to register as a sex offender and violation of probation. Since his release Mr. Cubbage has absconded and moved to an unknown location. Mr. Cubbage was originally convicted of fourth degree sex offense in July 2010. Mr. Cubbage has two prior convictions for failing to register as a sex offender.
