HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - Washington County public school officials say they're considering a dress code for teachers.
Superintendent Clayton Wilcox told The Herald-Mail newspaper of Hagerstown Monday that he plans to ask a group of employees to formulate suggestions for appropriate attire.
School board member Jacqueline Fischer says some female substitute teachers have worn clothes that she considers too revealing.

...why? I had a high school teacher who wore skin tight leather pants. Yes, in wicomico county. And it was glorious!
I think if the students have to wear uniforms, the teachers should too.
Teachers need to look professional too. Not saying that you need to wear a potato sack.
As a teacher, amen! Some teachers need to know the difference between the club and work and others need to know the difference between pajamas and work clothes...
It would be wonderful to wear uniforms, however your comment is a little elementary..if the students have to then so should the teachers..
Right, because it is the teachers responsibility to make sure their students know right from wrong, even with the clothes they wear, especially when they leave their house in the morning..idiot
