Narrative:

On 05/22/2013, officers of the Berlin Police Department and detectives from the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation conducted a neighborhood canvas of numerous streets and areas of Berlin in reference to numerous burglaries occurring in the area. Officers and investigators are requesting the citizens and residents of the Berlin area to conduct a check of any jewelry or personal electronics that they may have in their residence. If determined that any resident is missing property, please contact the Berlin Police Department or Worcester County Bureau of Investigation.

The Berlin Police Department is reminding residents to keep doors and windows locked for security reasons.
