A friend of Todashev, Khusn Taramiv, said Todashev, 27, was being investigated as part of the Boston bombings and knew Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters.
Taramiv claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday.

I am sure the FBI is not walking around in full gear like regular law enforcement and had a choice of hands on fighting or deadly force with the weapon he/she had on them and chose deadly force for a reason.
I think street level law enforcement should get rid of their bag of tools as well and just carry their duty weapon. Too many choices in the heat of battle can be deadly plus this way the public will know not to screw with the police!
10:50-Bingo.A pre planned killing for reasons we can only speculate.So many of these types are almost able to break through with the truth,but we're a free country you know.We can't have any of that.We believe everything we are told to believe and act accordingly.And when it's over put the meanest looking photo of the subject out there and tell everyone how bad he was.
