You know what they say: You can’t win if you don’t play. Although we’re not sure who “they” are, the saying might want to be changed to: If you’re a certain guy in Virginia, when you play the lotto, you’re probably going to win. He’s just cashed in a $500,000 jackpot, his third of atleast that amount, if not more.
