Seaford, DE- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and registration Unit (S.O.A.R) is currently searching for a Seaford sex offender after he failed to re-register his current address.
Investigators have obtained warrants on Anthony W. Wright, 56 of Seaford, who is a high risk Tier 3 sex offender, after they learned that he failed to register his home address and had not notified S.O.A.R. of his status within 3 days as he is required to do by law.
Anthony Wright is described as a black male, 5’09” tall and 225 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.

Investigators have obtained warrants on Bruce A. Wilkerson, 59 0f Laurel who is a medium risk Tier 2 sex offender, after they learned that he failed to register his home address and had not notified S.O.A.R. of his status within 3 days as he is required to do by law.

Lets see here...We have gun offenders / spousal abusers / drug dealers / drunk drivers on the run and where are they at ??? And we are worried about spending thousands of dollars keeping track of someone who committed a crime 5-10-15-20-25 years ago and have been crime free since.....
5:05-This posting covers them if anything actually does happen.No one really pays attention to it because each of these guys have been caught and released several previous times already.
