Lawyer Representing Tea Party Groups Applauds Obama's Move

A Washington attorney who represents two conservatives targeted by the IRS applauds the president's move but says that's not enough.

Dan Backer represents theteaparty.net and Combat Veterans Training Group, two groups who claim they were targeted by the IRS.

"I think it's an excellent start," Backer told WBAL.

However, he said President Obama needs to do more.
