As part of Salisbury Public Works’ ongoing effort to keep the public informed of improvements within the City of Salisbury, please be advised The Southbound lane of North Rt. 13 between Naylor St. & Olive St. will be closed for maintenance that will be done on the sanitary sewer manholes. The State Highway Administration will assist with traffic control. This work shall be completed by Friday, May 17, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. Contact Public Works Water & Sewer Branch at 410-548-3105.

They replaced the concrete around the manholes, but never raised/ leveled them up with the road, so they basically just dressed up the existing pot holes! They will still kill your shocks when you drive over them when they are done.
