On 3-1-13 around 4pm deputies responded to the area of 11548 Beckford Ave, Princess Anne Apt# 19 regarding a tip that Cephas was staying in that apartment. With the assistance from the Maryland state Police, Princess Anne Barrack, entry was granted into the apartment. Deputies later apprehended Cephas without incident hiding in a crawl space above a bedroom. Cephas was transported to the Sheriff’s office where he was served a Circuit Court indictment for 1st and 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment, cds intent to distribute narcotics, cds distribute within 1000 ft of a school, cds possession other than marijuana, obstructing and hindering police, failure to obey a lawful order, fleeing and eluding a police officer, and hit and run accident. Cephas was later held without bond pending court actions.

Examination of his prior record will show, multiple prior convictions, that if he had served even 50 % of the sentence then he would not be on the streets to ruin more lives and be a burden to the public. I'm certain that he was raised in a one parent home, and did not graduate high school and suffered mentally and physically at the hands of an abuser. Blah blah blah. Go to jail convict and stay there.
@4:33...People ruin their own lives. Regardless of whether he's guilty or innocent HE did not put that pipe in anyone's mouth. Nor did he put that needle in some dope heads arm. Kills me how you can blame someone else for your own stupidity. Maybe in that two parent household one can teach their child to say no to drugs. Open your eyes sweety!!
I'd rather see the fired ex Somerset county animal control guys mug shot. Are charges going to be brought against him? I can't believe that no one is reporting the story about him, after all it is government corruption and that is supposed to be reported.
