A Maryland woman ticketed for driving too slowly in the left lane on Interstate 95 said Wednesday that Maryland State Police told her they dismissed the ticket because it doesn't apply to her, News4's Darcy Spencer reported.
The woman, who didn't want her name used, said she was pulled over in Laurel Friday and cited for failing to move right.
According to the citation, she had been driving 63 mph in the left hand lane in a 65 mph zone. The citation read, "Failure of driver, driving below speed limit, 63 in a 65, to keep right."

Carefully apply the pit maneuver.
Policeman may have just wanted to hit on her.
HaHa Idiot Trooper.
He/she probably wrote her up because she wouldn't move over so that he/she could continue blasting up the highway.
They should have shown a picture of him so women can watch out of him.
Justice has yet to prevail.
He should be charged with hindering, obstruction of civilian, malicious prosecution, false arrest, convicted and removed from the force.
Slow people in the fast lane are dangerous. MD should have a law that states the fast lane is for passing only.
These type of incidents occur all the time with the Berlin State Police Barracks men...They taunt and harass drivers all the time going to and from Ocean City.
I've had two cases dismissed over the last year...recently a trooper was tailgating me and when I did not move out of his way...
few minutes later he turn his lights on an issued me a $110.00 ticket. It was dismissed in Court and now he and others taunt other drivers and do the same thing to them.
I had two like this from the Berlin Barracks and they were tossed out in Court.
The troopers in that Barack's annoy and harass drivers all the time by tailgating and following you around hoping you get nervous.
The lady must be from the eastern shore. When you get to drive in many different states and areas you can see certain prevalent driving habits. On the shore it is definitely two things; the one mentioned in this article and the second is the eastern shore turn signal (NO turn signal).
Well it looks like 2:10am and 10:04 am's comments were dead on with 2:46 am's having some validity. Keep up the good word people!
I guess 1:59 pm must just be a worldly traveller. Thank you for blessing the shore with your wonderful presence. Not hardly!
1:59, you must have spent a lot of time trying to get through Sussex County on route 13.
7:11 That is correct sir.
