Are Crop Circles More Than Just Modern Pranks?
A Tasmanian historian used Google Earth images to argue that crop circles, which are often dismissed as jokes taken too far, are not simply a modern hoax, according to the Huffington Post.
Many were persuaded that the intriguing circles were nothing more than pranks when two British men, David Chorley and Doug Bower, revealed in 1991 that they, under the cover of darkness and armed with wooden planks and barrels, had been creating circles across the wheat fields of southern England since 1978.

They are works of art.I've seen hundreds of them in photographs taken from the air. They are way too elaborate to create with planks and barrels like some of the earlier ones.I believe the intended designs are programmed into drones with microwave output.Once the design has been completed they quickly exit. The pre drone crop circles may have been done manually, but the modern, more intricate circles involve a higher technology.
The only known film of a crop circle actually being made clearly showed a drone flying over a wheat field. It was flying app 10 feet high and the wheat was visibly flattening under it from a unseen force. When a soil and crop analysis was done, the wheat was found to have been microwaved out of it's shell.Human made technology at it's best, but still human made vs extraterrestrial
I agree with 10:17. My sister-in-law is from the planet El-Orr where she was a graphic designer. All of their crops were planted in specific designs to capture the maximum amount of light from their three suns. Planet El-Orr is much colder than Earth and they have a much harder time growing their crops and need to capture all the light they can.
Thank you, 12:36, I had always wondered if it wasn't El-Orr at the heart of this phenomenon! Now I know for sure....
