1:27 Why would you be carrying a bag with $11,000.00 to start with and for the one's that carry that much cash they are not the type to get it out and set it on their vehicle while they pump gas.

The article said it was for a down payment on a house.
there is no law that says you can't carry large amounts of money.
I don't know what types carry that much cash nor their habits upon carrying such.
I guess some might think of drug dealers concerning large amounts of cash. But that is not the point of this story.
Which is two men found it and returned it.
I have no more idea where this money came from than you or anyone else.
I just choose to look at the two men' nice gesture in returning it. I am not so sure I would have, but I've never been faced with the opportunity either.
